Job Description
A CEO of an investment firm is looking for a Personal Assistant individual to run his personal life and assist the family. He has a full-time Executive Assistant who has been with him for 4 years. The role is remote. About the Job:
• Keep the family calendar – CEO and wife and 2 children
• Schedule personal appointments
• Coordinate travel
• Research hotels for trips
• Order dinner reservations and plan vent planning
• Run errands
• Order food and supplies and stock the homes
• Research and hire vendors for home renovation projects when needed
• Oversee the work of vendors, home projects, and housekeeping
• Assist with the management of rental properties
• Make dinner reservations
• Plan parties and dinners
Required Qualifications:
• 18 years or older
