Job Description

A CEO of an investment firm is looking for a Personal Assistant individual to run his personal life and assist the family. He has a full-time Executive Assistant who has been with him for 4 years. The role is remote. About the Job:

 

Keep the family calendar – CEO and wife and 2 children

Schedule personal appointments

Coordinate travel

Research hotels for trips

Order dinner reservations and plan vent planning

Run errands

Order food and supplies and stock the homes

Research and hire vendors for home renovation projects when needed

Oversee the work of vendors, home projects, and housekeeping

Assist with the management of rental properties

Make dinner reservations

Plan parties and dinners

 

Required Qualifications:

• 18 years or older

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
