We are looking for a Business/ Data Analyst who knows HR processes and procedure (any country) to support an HR transformation programme eg:

• Transform and enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics
• Partner business teams to understand the business area, work with the team to evolve and define the business problems, translate the same into an analytical problem, design solution approach to solve the same and help execute to deliver relevant insights that lead to actions.
• Connect and explore large data-sets (both internal and external), help gather, analyse, and model data to solve complex business problems. Guide data science team on Diagnostic and Predictive Models to solve the business problem applying a range of techniques across classical statistics, Machine Learning (e.g. regression, clustering, variance analysis and basic exploratory univariate and bi-variate data analyses)
• Be creative and a committed problem-solver using Data and Advanced analytics skill alongside leadership and direct engagement of business leaders
• Have proven understanding of business strategies, goals and processes, and how Business Analytics can positively impact them

As a VR Business/ Data Analyst, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
