Job Description

We are looking to add a high-energy Administrative Office Assistant to our growing Large Format and Signs division. The position would be aimed at the coordination of a wide variety of tasks including client support, basic estimating, product sourcing and other front-office responsibilities. Our environment is fast paced and requires the ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks and priorities.


What You’ll Do


Receive and process incoming job tickets


Assist tracking the status of multiple ongoing sign projects


Develop estimates for basic large format and sign related projects


Source basic products and write purchase orders


Provide customer service to existing accounts


Answer, screen and transfer phone calls when needed


Provide customers with updates on projects


Perform other, job-related, duties as assigned


Our Ideal Candidate


Preferred to have an understanding of retail/POP graphics, digital printing, large format printing and sign related terms, materials and production processes


Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)


Familiar with QuickBooks helpful


Experience with basic estimating helpful


Internet savvy


Organization skills for multi-tasking and recognizing, setting, meeting multiple demands on time


Professional demeanor


Physical Requirements


Significant periods of time sitting or standing


Occasional walking up and down stairs to visit key departments for coordination


Significant periods of screen time


Fine motor skills sufficient for keyboarding, manipulation of artwork and documentation


Ability to distinguish colors and shades


Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds (marketing materials, products, collateral)
