We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Data Entry / Dispatcher. This position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service / Data Entry / Dispatcher, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, data entry tasks, and coordinating with dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. You will also assist with administrative duties and provide general support to the team.

The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is able to handle multiple tasks with ease. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential qualities for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Accurately enter customer data into the system while maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinate with dispatchers to assign and schedule service requests
  • Monitor dispatch board and prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all service-related activities
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed
