Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To handle inbound and outbound calls from clients & customers requesting for service (vehicle breakdown assistance)
  • To make arrangements and dispatch case assignments to service providers
  • Accurately record details of case into CRM system and coordinate the dispatching and follow up with service provider
  • Daily administration tasks
  • Other related miscellaneous tasks


Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any fields
  • Candidate with or without experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
