We is an advanced technology company with a proven history of enabling mobility. We’re dedicated to bringing the next generation of autonomous vehicles, smart cities and connectivity to life. In Malaysia, we are operate under EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) Division where we supply mostly Wiring Harness to Malaysia OEM such as Perodua, Proton, Nissan, Isuzu and also exporting to Thailand OEM . Our manufacturing site location is at Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu and our Sales Office is at Bukit Jelutong, Selangor.


Currently we need the strong Sales Admin Executive with the following jobs and requirements:

Responsibilities and duties:


  • Do performance data for Asia Pacific Management
  • Supports Account Managers on customer summary report
  • Help maintain the budget plan
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Supports administration task (meetings, office items)
  • Navigate SAP system when needed
  • Special projects (price audits, purchase order audits, ad-hoc reports, etc.)


Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in business, mathematics, engineering or related major is preferred
  • Have background in automotive industry
  • Advance knowledge in excel, word and power point
  • Knowledge in SAP and salesforce system is an advantage
  • Sufficient analytical skill to resolved problems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin language is an advantage


Job Type:

Full-time


Salary:

RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)


Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)


Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
