Description

As an Amazon & E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon. You will play a vital role in driving sales, improving the customer experience, and maximizing profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates. You will closely monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, images, and keywords
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to improve search ranking and visibility
  • Implement pricing strategies, analyzing competitive data and market trends to identify pricing opportunities
  • Develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on various e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Amazon Sponsored Ads
  • Continuously monitor customer reviews and feedback, proactively addressing any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to optimize product content and improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central Specialist
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's search algorithm and best practices for product optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and other digital advertising platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
