We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and delivering insightful reports to inform future marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic traffic
  • Conduct keyword research and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with content team to develop and distribute engaging and informative content across various digital platforms
  • Monitor website analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management software
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus
