We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Optimization Sr Analyst to join our dynamic team. As the Digital Product Optimization Sr Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital products and driving business growth. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize our digital products to maximize user engagement and conversion rates. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and identify key performance metrics for digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to define and prioritize optimization objectives.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and drive continuous improvements.
  • Interpret test results, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize user interface, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track the impact of optimization initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital product optimization, and proactively propose innovative ideas to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure accurate and reliable data collection and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product optimization, preferably in an e-commerce or technology company.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of interpreting complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
