In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will also be in charge of identifying, building relationships with, and managing influencers to amplify our brand messaging and reach a wider audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as a passion for building meaningful connections with influencers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve brand goals
• Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to enhance social media presence and activities
• Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and tailor social media campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
• Identify, build relationships with, and manage influencers to promote brand messaging and increase brand awareness
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in social media marketing and influencer management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver innovative social media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize marketing strategies.
