Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk/Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data across our systems and databases. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

  • Input, verify, and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure database integrity
  • Audit and clean up existing data to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or inconsistent information
  • Generate basic reports as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in data entry or similar clerical role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable with remote tools like Zoom, Slack, and project management software
  • Strong typing speed (45+ WPM preferred) and accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
