Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator provides support of a technical nature including remote meeting management, facilitation of presentations, and management of multimedia needs both by the leader(s) and meeting support. M ay be responsible for department day to day operations and goals that relieve and assist the leaders of routine project or advanced administrative duties.”

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience managing schedules, correspondence, remote and in-person meetings
  • Demonstrated interpersonal verbal and written communication skills including spelling, punctuation, grammar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an office setting supporting a leader or department
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Customer service experience
  • Travel/expense management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute marketing materials for ArtsEngine programs and events, including creating regular newsletters
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics for ArtsEngine/Living ArtsEngine programs and events.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings
  • Coordinate and attend ArtsEngine and related events
  • Process financial transactions in the University's financial accounting systmes
  • Reconcile monthly financial activity for ArtsEngine.
  • Hire, train, and manage student employees
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and webpages related to ArtsEngine activities
