Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst you will utilize various business intelligence tools to establish and monitor metrics within HR and Recruitment. You will be responsible for leading and participating in special projects which could involve: Workforce Planning, creating, validating, and automating reports, performing deep dives on data trends for HR leadership team analysis, auditing and monitoring the general ledger for recruitment cost centers, forecasting and generating ad hoc reports.
