Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst you will utilize various business intelligence tools to establish and monitor metrics within HR and Recruitment. You will be responsible for leading and participating in special projects which could involve: Workforce Planning, creating, validating, and automating reports, performing deep dives on data trends for HR leadership team analysis, auditing and monitoring the general ledger for recruitment cost centers, forecasting and generating ad hoc reports.

What you will do in this role:


  • You will audit and identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) and work with stake holders to implement
  • Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
  • Interface and collaborate with other functional areas of the company as well as external vendors, including providing technical support and in-depth knowledge assistance for Group HR Project Coordinator
  • Use technical interpretation to understand customer data needs to provide appropriate insight on underlying business needs
  • You will distribute and collect quarterly incentive documentation to and from division directors, ensuring timely process of exception requests and finalized data to Compensation for payout
  • Maintain and distribute monthly recruiter productivity report (WAR) and improve with additional data as comes available
  • You will be responsible for complex query writing and scripting


What you should have for this role:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Some experience (less than 1 year) in management is required
