Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our organization's human resources functions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, as well as fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  5. Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  6. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  7. Compliance: Ensure HR practices and processes adhere to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  8. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and boost employee morale.
  9. HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  10. HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
