Job Description

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


Responsibilities:


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Respond to emails
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - most especially Excel & Word
  • Speed and ability to work without supervision
  • Time management and ability to prioritize
  • Making & answering occassional telephone calls
  • Experience in calculating costs, identify profit & loss is an advantage.
  • Perform all other office tasks as may be assigned
  • Good typing skill up to 50 wpm will be an added advantage.

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
