1. Provide technical support to customers and partners regarding Aruba Networks products and solutions.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues, including wireless LAN, switching, security, and network management.
3. Work closely with customers to understand their network infrastructure and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to resolve complex technical issues.
5. Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
6. Participate in knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the improvement of support processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in networking or telecommunications.
3. Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, WLANs, and routing protocols.
4. Experience with Aruba Networks products and solutions is highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) would be advantageous.
