Position Overview:

As a ColdFusion Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using ColdFusion. You will work closely with our team of developers and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on ColdFusion.
• Proficiency in ColdFusion programming language and frameworks (e.g., ColdBox, FW/1).
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
