• Digital transformation lead is expected to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or another related field. Candidates with a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on information technology.
• 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the technology industry. The individual may have experience in a variety of roles, including software engineer, project manager, business analyst, information technology manager or other roles. They may have experience in a variety of industries, including finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government or other industries.
• Experience in SAP, HRMS systems, and business / enterprise applications would be a key advantage
