Job Title: Cloud FinOps Specialist

Job Description:

Our client, a Top MNC, is seeking a Cloud FinOps Specialist to join their team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Reservation, Savings plan (SP), Resource Optimization, Cost Optimization, Billing or Invoicing, Cloud Architecture, or DevOps. The role involves managing and optimizing cloud resources, implementing cost-saving strategies, and ensuring efficient cloud operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance
Implement cost-saving strategies, such as Reservation and Savings plans (SP)
Monitor cloud usage and costs, and provide recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud architecture and operations
Develop and implement billing and invoicing processes for cloud services
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Cloud FinOps and DevOps

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in Cloud FinOps, Cloud Architecture, or DevOps
Strong understanding of cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Reservation, Savings plan (SP), Resource Optimization, and Cost Optimization
Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes for cloud services
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Certification in Cloud FinOps or related field is a plus

Package: 18-20 LPA

Notice Period: 15 days
