Job Description: Lead ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the ServiceNow development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM and ITOM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and knowledge in ITOM.
  • ServiceNow mainline certificate(s) required.
  • Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
