Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Development Expertise:
- Take a hands-on role in the development of Node.js-based applications, covering core
full-stack and backend components.
Project Contribution:
- Contribute actively to the entire project life cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership in Node.js development, ensuring adherence to best practices
and coding standards.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project goals,
and deliver high-quality solutions.
Problem Solving:
- Demonstrate strong debugging and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly.
Full Stack Development:
- Engage in full-stack development, covering both front-end and back-end aspects using
Node.js.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices, coding standards, and participating in code
reviews.
Agile Methodology:
- Follow Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and participation
in client demos.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, coding
documentation, and any necessary project-related documentation.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in Node.js development
and advocate for their incorporation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Node.js Full Stack & Backend Developer.
- In-depth understanding of Node.js, JavaScript, and web development technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles and experience in the architectural design of
web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) concepts is a plus.
Skills
