Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Cloud PPM Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud PPM solutions for our clients. Your extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM and project management best practices will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.

- Design, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud PPM modules to meet client needs, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

- Lead and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients and end-users on Oracle Cloud PPM functionality and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud PPM implementation and configuration.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud PPM features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.

- Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership in Oracle Cloud PPM, sharing insights and best practices with the team and clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud PPM implementation and configuration.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Portfolio Management.

- Proven experience in leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.

- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Oracle Cloud PPM certification is highly desirable.

- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules, such as Financials or Supply Chain Management, is a plus.
