Salesforce DevOps Release Engineers

We are looking for talented and driven Salesforce DevOps Release Engineers to join our dynamic team. The candidates will be responsible for managing the release process and implementing DevOps practices to streamline the deployment and release of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage release management processes for Salesforce applications.

Coordinate and schedule releases across development, testing, and production environments.

Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.

Implement best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release management for Salesforce projects.

Collaborate with development teams to understand release requirements and ensure successful deployments.

Monitor release pipelines and troubleshoot issues related to deployment failures or performance bottlenecks.

Manage Salesforce release artifacts and configurations in version control systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform features and tools to enhance release processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on release management best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience working as a Release Engineer.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization.

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools like Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and Salesforce Metadata API.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git and knowledge of branching strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc) are a plus.
