Job Title: SAP SF RCM-ONB Consultant
Job Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid model)
Notice Period - Immediate/30 Days
Job Description:
6 to 10 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 10 to 20 End-End-To Implementations in RCM/RMK/ ONB 1.0/2.0
o Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
o Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB)
o Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization
o Hands on experience in On/Offboarding Configuration and End to End Implementation
o Hands on experience in creating Panels, designing and mapping pdf forms, configuring New Hire Activities
o Good Knowledge in On/Offboarding processes and its feasibilities and limitations.
o Hands on experience in Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates setup
o Good Knowledge in Recruiting processes leveraging the SF RCM capabilities
o Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
o Experience in Integration with recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, any 3rd and any other job portals etc.
o Experience in integrating RCM – ONB - EC
o Experience with Position Management integration with RCM
o Experience in Company specific Content Page Configuration: Benefits Page, About Us Page, Diversityp2 Page Employee Willingness Page
o Experience in creating Search Page and interactive Job Map
o Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) pages
o Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
o Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants
