We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries in both English and Spanish, providing exceptional service that meets and exceeds their expectations. This is a hybrid position that will require working both remotely and on-site, so applicants must have experience with both environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to think on their feet.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Providing prompt resolution to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating to management as necessary
  • Keeping up-to-date on all relevant company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed
