We are currently seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints for our rapidly growing company. As a Call Center Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media
  • Handle orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate computer systems and use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High school degree or equivalent, some college preferred.
