Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and plans that align with company goals and objectives
• Create and publish high-quality content across various platforms (e.g. website, social media, email)
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all content produced aligns with brand messaging, vision, and values
• Manage and oversee freelance writers, editors, and other content creators
• Analyze content performance data and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and production
• Maintain brand consistency across all content produced

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Experience creating and managing content strategies and plans
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
