We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and inventory levels, as well as processing orders and payments in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who visit the store or call in with inquiries
• Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and check payments
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and inventory levels
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
