Flexiti Financial is a Canadian-based provider of point-of-sale consumer financing solutions for retailers. Our call center is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote position that allows a flexible work schedule.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the details of their financing options, answering their questions about their accounts, and ensuring they have a smooth and hassle-free experience with Flexiti.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts, and provide guidance and explanations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage customer inquiries via email or chat, while maintaining a high level of company and brand awareness.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and teams within the company in order to resolve customer issues.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer service standards and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent post-secondary education.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and active listening.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling customer requests via email or chat.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in financial or call center environments is an asset.
