Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and order processing
  • Escalating unresolved issues to management as needed
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell services and products to customers
  • Providing exceptional service to ensure customer retention and loyalty

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as needed
