As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude, and to work efficiently and effectively in a busy call center environment. Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints, offering appropriate solutions
  • Provide information and escalate requests as needed
  • Update customer databases with relevant information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products or services
  • Assist in the planning and execution of customer support initiatives
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Familiarity with call center technology and software
