Our company is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing our information systems and data. As an Information Security Analyst, you must be able to analyze and report on security vulnerabilities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. The role requires an in-depth understanding of enterprise security infrastructure, network protocols, and data encryption techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system vulnerability assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and threats
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for protecting company information
• Ensure all security measures are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and analyze system security logs and incident reports
• Collaborate with IT teams across the organization to integrate security protocols
• Develop security awareness training programs to educate employees
• Continuously identify and evaluate emerging security threats and recommend mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in information security analysis and implementation
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols (e.g., Public Key Infrastructure, SSL/TLS, IPSec, VPN)
• Understanding of network protocols and firewalls
• Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM)
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems
• Understanding of risk analysis methodologies and risk management frameworks
