We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Manager of Finance - Accounting and Cash Management. This role will be responsible for overseeing and directing financial activities such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be able to provide strategic advice to executive management to help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Manage accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Oversee cash management functions including cash forecasting and analysis of financial trends.
• Prepare and review financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide advice to executive management to support business decision making.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and cash management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide financial advice to executive management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of professionals.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
