Our [company/organization] is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Admin and Receptionist to join our team. The Office Admin and Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to various departments. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will create a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the office. The successful candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and prioritize tasks
  • Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent customer service.
