Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant product and industry trends to better serve customers.
  • Accurately enter customer information and orders into our database.
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve any billing issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide the best possible customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
