We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Part-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing our company with a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding calls as necessary
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff and clients as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and paper, and ensure they are easily accessible
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry or filing, as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong attention to detail
