We are seeking a dependable and organized part-time receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office and provide excellent customer service to our clients. Your role will include answering and forwarding incoming calls, receiving and distributing mail, and managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule and manage conference room reservations, as necessary
  • Provide administrative support to other team members, as needed
  • Notify office staff of any incoming deliveries or messages, in a timely manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer knowledge
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
