Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly receptionist and office assistant to join our team! As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized individual who can handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors to appropriate areas of the office in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff as needed, including filing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
  • Help to maintain office inventory and order office supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of previous receptionist or administrative experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other general office software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
