Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to build and maintain relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals and provide solutions to drive revenue
• Operate the point of sale system accurately to process transactions
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Participate in store merchandising and maintenance activities
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
