We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analyst & Foodservice to join our team. As a Sales Analyst & Foodservice Specialist, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and improve efficiency across the foodservice channel. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales data, consumer trends, product mix, pricing analysis, market share, and customer promotional spending. You must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format. A strong understanding of the foodservice industry is required, including knowledge of product placement and menu development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and improve efficiency across the foodservice channel
• Track and analyze sales data, consumer trends, product mix, pricing analysis, market share, and customer promotional spending
• Develop customer relationships and proactively provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance
• Lead the development of tools that support the sales planning and forecasting process including product performance analysis and scenario planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, promotional activities, and pricing strategies
• Prepare regular reporting and analysis to support the leadership team in making informed business decisions
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience in the foodservice industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of sales forecasting and planning processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
