We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Shopper Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for creating and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and support our brand goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in developing innovative shopper programs.

As our Shopper Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and drive sales. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing programs across a variety of retail channels, including traditional brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and mobile. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive sales
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and increase sales
  • Manage the development and execution of in-store and online promotional programs, including coupons, displays, and other tactics
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers and industry partners
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Manage budgets and report on ROI for all shopper marketing programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment and shopper behavior
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI
