UX/Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX/Product Designer to join our team. As a UX/Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered designs for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into beautiful, seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment between design and development teams
• Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and incorporate them into our design process
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to teammates to improve the overall quality of our designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and persona development
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions and ideas
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with front-end development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
