Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Salary: As per interview
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Must haves: MEAN / MERN Stack
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the engineering and product team to build scalable, high-performance platforms
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for production-grade products
- Integrate AI/ML models and APIs to enable intelligent features (recommendations, automation, analytics, etc.)
- Implement and optimize search capabilities using OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
- Architect and optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code across frontend and backend layers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, including development, testing, and deployment
Requirements
- Strong experience with Node.js, Angular/React (Angular 18+ preferred), MongoDB, Express.js
- Advanced hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory). Familiarity with services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch.
- Experience with Redis or similar caching mechanisms for performance optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous processing / queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
- Hands-on experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for indexing, querying, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Experience with REST APIs, Nginx, MySQL/NoSQL, and DBMS concepts
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and modern frontend practices
- Basic understanding or exposure to AI/ML integrations (APIs, NLP, data-driven features)
- Experience building or contributing to scalable products/modules in lean teams
