Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a digital marketing roadmap for Seniors Today and create unique positioning, strong communication for the digital platform and identify target audience
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
- Set campaign and activity KPIs, budgets and measure ROIs accordingly
- Oversee all social media accounts
- Manage and improve online content, improve SEO performance and use Google Analytics to collect website performance intelligence
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market penetration
- Create sales funnel to improve conversions
- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
- Monitor competition and drive brand saliency
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
- Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager on customer segmentation and journey
- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis, execute SEO strategies (including link building). Using web tools to track site traffic and rankings to maximize organic visitors.
Competencies Requirement:
1) Knowledge
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
2) Skill Set
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
