Job Title: QC Lead / Quality Control Executive

Location: Adyar, Chennai

Industry: Pharmaceutical – Dermatology Segment

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduation (Pharma background preferred)

Experience: 3+ years in Quality Control or related functions

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Control Lead to head the QC department for our derma-focused pharmaceutical operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing SOPs, ensuring process compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement across product lines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the Quality Control Department
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure all products meet internal and external quality specifications
• Identify and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality investigations and audits
• Monitor and document all QC processes, reports, and deviations
• Support in regulatory inspections and compliance documentation

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of pharma QC processes, especially in dermatology
• Experience in SOP writing, GMP compliance, and documentation standards
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality assurance
