Job Description

We are looking for an entry level Receptionist on a temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact and the face of our business. This temporary need is an immediate start with a strong possibility of turning permanent. You will report directly to the Office Manager


Duties Include:



  • Answer telephone calls and take messages.
  • Greet visitors/ Clients/ Community Stakeholders/ Sub-contractors, etc.
  • Office stationery and grocery stock take.
  • Supply staff with stationery requirements.
  • Some ad-hoc administration work, including assisting other Teams where required.
  • Manage visitor passes.
  • Notify staff of deliveries via email.
  • Restocking of kitchen supplies & cleaning of coffee machines every afternoon.
  • Security of front desk/ reception area
  • Maintaining printers are stocked with paper, replacing toners, etc.

Skills and Experience:


  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (word and excel in particular).
