Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established targets.

• Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.

• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and use cases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain business processes and workflows.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• 0-2 years of experience as a business analyst or related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.

• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
