Job Description

Are you looking for a company that will appreciate your previous medical recruitment experience, and value your knowledge and ideas? We are looking for someone that loves recruiting and HR work!

  • You understand full cycle recruitment from placing compelling ads to making sure a new staff file is 100% complete.
  • Manage the hiring process for medical and non-medical staff through sourcing, interviewing, offering and negotiating, credentialing, and onboarding
  • Use online tools- applicant tracking system (ATS), Indeed, SmartRecruiters, and social networking websites like LinkedIn and Facebook for searching candidates.
  • Make calls in a friendly and professional manner to applicants, and candidates during the onboarding process.
  • Assist with HR functions.
  • Manage your workload with the right balance of urgency and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort in learning new software and utilizing technology in an effective manner
  • Confident people person
  • Effective and efficient time management
