Job Description

The Remote Administrative Data Entry Clerk will work remotely with our team to collect, analyze and input Data into our online systems and Social Media platforms. Responsibilities


  • Performing data entry and maintaining databases
  • Collect and input data from various sources such as online, databases, surveys and documents
  • Ensure the safety of all data and their availability when needed
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure accuracy and safety of data collected.
  • Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents
  • Update and maintain existing data records
  • Retrieve requested data from databases or electronic files promptly
  • Perform regular data backups to safeguard data integrity.

Requirements


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
