• Explore users’ needs and generate reports and information.
• Manipulate data to represent information for problem solving.
• Create reports and visualizations in Crystal Reports, Power BI, Yellow Fin, SSRS and Tableau.
• Extract data from the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, date warehouse, payer systems and other databases systems as necessary and/or requested.
• Deliver training to end users on how to utilize data solutions.
• Maintain business knowledge and be able to understand and communicate context of reports.
• Identify appropriate metrics and determine appropriate business requirements. 8. Determine best method to gather and present complex information.
• Assist in the development and training of our staff for use of reports; assist with Excel reports and the Business Intelligence function.
• Assist in the development of data metrics and KPIs.
• Reviews/analyzes various billing reports. Works with various departments to correct any mistakes.
